We want you to feel comfortable with your purchase and to know that we will back you 100%. If for any reason within 10 TEN DAYS after receipt you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return the item to us for refund or exchange.

Please note:

  • The item must not be worn or show any signs of wear and must be returned with all warantee cards and case.
  • We will not accept returned merchandise without the authorization number.
  • Special order CAN NOT be returned.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition.
  • Watches may not be worn or used.
  • Watches and or bands that are damaged, scratched, chipped or shows other signs of wear or tampering will not be accepted for a refund. Items must be returned with all original packaging warranty cards, cases, covers, bar codes, tags, zip lock bags for watchbands, or we will have to deduct from the refund.


Returns and exchanges after return/exchange authorization is given must be postmarked by no later then the 5th day after the authorization.


Before you consider returning your watch take a look at the other items we have available as we are more then happy to exchange your watch for another. This also helps us keep the costs down and enables us to keep our watch prices low.

If you choose to exchange your watch your only charges will be any price difference and a $10.95 shipping charge.

To Returns your product: (All returns must be authorized)

  1. Call our customer service department at (866) 586-4669 with your order number and either the exchange item you want or for a refund.
  2. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number. (Items sent without authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to you or will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.)
  3. Mark the number on the outside of the return package. Ship the item, including all original documentation, to our office.
  4. Once it is received and passes independent inspection, your money is refunded. (Please note that we are unable to provide a refund for any item that has been resized or for any item that is returned damaged, chipped, scratched or otherwise shows signs of wear or tampering.)

How will I receive my refund?

  • In the case of a credit card payment, a credit will be applied to the card used to make the original purchase.
  • If payment was made by check or money order, a check will be issued by mail.
  • If you are returning a gift, you may choose to credit the original credit card for the purchase value, or you may request a credit, which can be applied to any purchase in the future. Credit has no expiration date.
  • Refunds will be issued for the purchase amount, including any applicable taxes paid, Our actual cost to us and any credit card fees or charges which total 5% of the purchase price, as well as shipping, handling, and insurance costs, are nonrefundable, except in the case of an error on our part.
